The Builder’s World&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;There is a version of AI people talk about.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;And then there is the version you discover when you actually use it consistently.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;They are not the same thing.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;AI’s real value is not doing old work faster.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;It is this:&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;blockquote&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AI collapses the distance between an idea and a working system.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;That is the part I think people are still missing.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
